At Locryn, we work with partner suppliers to deliver the best products to you. As we operate on a dropshipping model, orders are shipped directly from our supplier to your address, allowing us to offer more affordable prices.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

⏱ Delivery Times

Europe: Between 10 and 20 business days after shipment. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and the volume of orders in postal services.

Brazil: Between 15 and 30 business days after shipment, subject to customs clearance.

These times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. External factors such as customs, holidays, or weather conditions may influence delivery time.

🔍 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your order through our Track Order page.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping may be available during some promotions.

For deliveries within Europe, orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
