At Locryn, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Item must not be a final sale or clearance item
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our contact page with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
- Locryn is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
7. EU Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, without providing any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition.
